Is the application failing to launch? Some errors on launch are due to corrupt preferences. Delete all folders inside of C:\Users\<your user>\AppData\Local\Bongiovi Acoustics\ to resolve this issue.
If you receive a “Choose Application for bongiovi–dps“ message, the DPS Profile Creator is attempting to quit any other DPS applications (such as the Bongiovi DPS consumer app) by using the bongiovi-dps app URL protocol. This message can be safely ignored.
