Troubleshooting FAQ
  1. If you get a .NET error, please be sure .NET 4.5 or greater is installed.
  2. Is the application failing to launch?  Some errors on launch are due to corrupt preferences.  Delete all folders inside of C:\Users\<your user>\AppData\Local\Bongiovi Acoustics\ to resolve this issue.
  3. If you receive a “Choose Application for bongiovidps message, the DPS Profile Creator is attempting to quit any other DPS applications (such as the Bongiovi DPS consumer app) by using the bongiovi-dps app URL protocol.  This message can be safely ignored.
